A fun and engaging 8-week program designed to support kids in feeling calm, confident, and connected through yoga, creativity and play. Our theme for the term is ‘Outer Space and The Cosmos’.

Term 4 bookings are now open. Casual places will be made available in week 1 of school term if there are spaces in the class. Book in for the term to secure your palce.

• 🌿 3:45 – 4:45 PM | Ages 4-7
• 🌿 5:00 – 6:00 PM | Ages 8-12

What to expect

• Playful yoga, mindful art, and movement-based games to spark joy and imagination
• Creative activities to build focus, self-expression, and resilience
• Mindfulness and breathing exercises to support emotional regulation and self-awareness
• A mixture of indoor and outdoor activities & connecting with nature (weather permitting)
• Small, supportive groups – maximum 15 participants per class
• Experienced facilitators passionate about creating nurturing environments to grow and thrive
