A fun and engaging 8-week program designed to support kids in feeling calm, confident, and connected through yoga, creativity and play. Our theme for the term is ‘Shape of You’ where we explore shapes in our art, with our bodies in yoga shapes and explore the shape of our inner world.

We will include yoga and mindful creative practices in each session with sessions 4 and 8 being mostly art focussed.

Term 1 bookings are now open. Casual places will be made available in week 1 of school term if there are spaces in the class. Book in for the term to secure your palce.

• Playful yoga, mindful art, and movement-based games to spark joy and imagination
• Creative activities to build focus, self-expression, and resilience
• Mindfulness and breathing exercises to support emotional regulation and self-awareness
• A mixture of indoor and outdoor activities & connecting with nature (weather permitting)
• Small, supportive groups – maximum 15 participants per class
• Experienced facilitators passionate about creating nurturing environments to grow and thrive
