Kids Yoga & Art – Term 3 Program
A fun and engaging 8-week program designed to support kids in feeling calm, confident, and connected through yoga, creativity and play.
Term 3 bookings are now open. Casual places will be made available in week 1 of school term if there are spaces in the class. Book in for the term to secure your palce.
Date: Every Monday for 8 weeks starting Aug 4, 2025

Cost: $165 per term | $140 siblings | Casual $25

Session Times:
🌿 3:45 – 4:45 PM | Ages 4-7
🌿 5:00 – 6:00 PM | Ages 8-12
What to expect
- Playful yoga, mindful art, and movement-based games to spark joy and imagination
- Creative activities to build focus, self-expression, and resilience
- Mindfulness and breathing exercises to support emotional regulation and self-awareness
- A mixture of indoor and outdoor activities & connecting with nature (weather permitting)
- Small, supportive groups – maximum 15 participants per class
- Experienced facilitators passionate about creating nurturing environments to grow and thrive

‘Shape of Us’ – Youth Collaborative Art Project
Get creative these school holidays with Soul Shine Creatives and the Shire of Mundaring! Join us for a two-part hands-on workshop where you’ll design and help paint a vibrant, large-scale group artwork inspired by the theme “What connects us?”
Through mindfulness, connection games, and expressive abstract art, we’ll explore shapes, symbols, colour and pattern to tell a shared story.
No art experience needed, just bring your ideas, your presence, and your creativity. It’s a chance to slow down, connect, and be part of something fun and meaningful.
Age Range: This activity is for ages 12 – 17 years old
Dates: Monday 14 July 9am-1pm & Thursday 17 July 9am-1pm
Where: Mundaring Adult Creative & Learning Centre
